Clarke would say that the mind extends out into the world around us.  I would agree. It is important that we be mindful of the space we inhabit and how we affect it just as much as it affects us. Our beings are complex and interconnected in ways we cannot fully understand. This is exciting. I hope that drawing some of these connections has sparked ideas about how we can combat stress together. This e-book is accompanied by a workbook that can be a starting place to develop ways to handle distress, enjoy eustress and develop a personal connection between your mind, body, and environment. The idea is that we break our self-defeating cycles and begin to believe that we are capable and creative human beings. We can restore and enhance our minds, bodies, and environments.
